Self-climbing formwork Xclimb 60
Self-climbing system that is independent of crane for constructions of simple forms and any height
Self-climbing formwork Xclimb 60 is a hydraulic-driven climbing system that can also be moved with a crane. The system can be moved at high wind speeds as it is fixed to the building under construction.
Guided climbing formwork Xclimb 60
Thanks to the use of mobile hydraulic units, the system moves to the next pouring section without a crane. Finishing-work platforms can be fixed to the load-bearing towers at any necessary spot.
Lifting without a crane is easy
Lightweight quickly assembled hydraulic cylinders with a lifting mechanism ensure reliable and safe movement of the entire movable section together with the formwork. During movement, the system's guidIng shoes are permanently anchored to the building under construction. This ensures movement even at high wind speeds.
High level of work safety
Built-in ladders and walkways ensure safe movement between working platforms. When calculating the climbing formwork, all safety devices are integrated into the system, taking into account specific features of each construction site.
Easy accomplyshing of working operations
The Xclimb 60 system is so convenient and simple-to-use that after a short training session, which is carried out by our supervisors directly at the construction site, the construction staff easily master all the working operations.
Wind shield Xclimb 60
One-piece safety protection at the upper working levels ensures safe work in any weather conditions.
