Residential Complex "Shagal", building 13

Building 13 is a unique building with a slab cantilever hovering at the height of 27 meters and supporting six residential floors. The cantilever slab rests on the adjacent blocks of the building, and its central part is supported by four columns converging and forming a rigid spatial structure.

Project details

Load-bearing towers were assembled in a single construction using the "tower in tower' method. Height of the towers was up to 27 m.
More than 310 t of "Doka Rus" equipment was used.
Construction lifting of the cantilever slab was performed.
The load-bearing towers remained assembled till the end of pouring six storeys over them.
